All donations are non-refundable.

 

If you identify a duplicate or erroneous transaction, contact us within 7 working days.

 

Verified refund claims will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment mode.

 

  1. Sponsorships & Event Fees

 

If an event is canceled by us, any related fees may be refunded or reallocated upon request.

 

Refunds are not applicable in cases of voluntary withdrawal.

Being a non-commercial charitable organization, we do not sell or ship products. However, certain acknowledgments or documents may be issued.
